Court Trace collects minimal personal information. If you create an account or set up alerts, we store your email address and alert preferences. We use Google OAuth for authentication and do not store passwords.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general location. This data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Court appearance listing data
Court appearance listings displayed on Court Trace are sourced from publicly available government and court websites. This information is already in the public domain. These records indicate scheduled court appearances only and do not constitute conviction or criminal history records. Court Trace does not sell, share, or otherwise distribute this data to third parties.
Cookies
Court Trace uses cookies for authentication sessions and analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Third party services
Court Trace uses Supabase for data storage and Google OAuth for authentication. These services have their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact page.
